Principal

Richard Rorem

In the early years of his career, Richard originated and structured corporate finance transactions for the investment/corporate banking divisions of First Interstate Bank, Limited and Sanwa Bank.  In 1992 he joined Deloitte Consulting,  He was admitted to the Partnership in 1998.  During his 20 years as a Partner he served as the America's leader of Finance Transformation, the US leader for Finance Consulting, the Managing Director of the Northwest Practice and the Strategy and Operations Leader for the Northwest Practice.  Throughout his career, Richard coached and mentored hundreds of executive clients and executive-level professionals at Deloitte.  Since his retirement in 2017, Richard has continued to coach, mentor and develop executives ranging from entrepreneurs to top executives at Fortune 500 organizations.  Richard has authored numerous articles for publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Financial Times.  For six years, Richard hosted and facilitated monthly briefings for financial executives.  Over the years, he has presented at various national and international conferences on topics ranging from strategy development, people and talent development, and finance transformation.
